strong poses, I would work on the timing a bit though. more anticipation of the punches will make their impact stronger. even if it's just a couple frames

I was going more for speed rather than impact, I 'studied' some DBZ training scenes and most of them had the same thing going for speed.
I'll try to make some fight scenes or another training scene focusing more on impactful punches rather than quick punches.
